Faith Fit Family is a brand operated by FMC Media LLC ("FMC Media LLC", "Faith Fit Family", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Faith Fit Family website, products, services, memberships, and content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All digital products, downloads, and memberships are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed, shared, or resold.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities occurring under your account.
Community conversations and replies are available within the private member experience. When submitting a conversation, you may choose whether the question may be considered for anonymous public discovery. This option is selected by default and may be cleared before submission.
If you leave this option selected, you grant Faith Fit Family permission to review, reproduce, format, summarize, and publish the question on its public website and in search-engine metadata for the purpose of education, discovery, and promoting the Faith Fit Family Community. Approval is not guaranteed, and permission does not transfer ownership of your original content.
Approved questions are attributed only to “Faith Fit Family Member.” Faith Fit Family will not intentionally publish the author’s name, username, profile photograph, profile link, member ID, or private Community replies as part of the public discovery page. Members remain responsible for avoiding personally identifying or confidential details within the wording of a question they permit us to publish.
If the underlying conversation is deleted, hidden, removed by moderation, or no longer approved, its public discovery page may also be removed. Search engines and third-party services may retain cached copies for a period outside Faith Fit Family’s direct control.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
Certain services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the terms disclosed during checkout.
By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional emails, account notifications, password resets, membership updates, and customer support communications.
Faith Fit Family uses SMS messaging exclusively for internal business operations.
Automated text messages are generated only to notify the business owners when customers place orders, purchase memberships, renew subscriptions, or upgrade their accounts.
Customers do not receive SMS messages from Faith Fit Family, and no customer mobile phone numbers are collected or used for SMS communications.
Faith Fit Family does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith Fit Family shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
